The very anticipated Faena hotel in Miami opened last year to rave reviews, within the hotel are two very hot new restaurants. Grateful that Argentine hotel proprietor, Alan Faena convinced his fellow countryman Francis Mallmann to stray across the Atlantic and open his inaugural U.S. restaurant in Miami.

Los Fuegos by Francis Mallmann is his first restaurant in a hotel property as well, Mallmann, who is the Thomas Keller of Argentina, has perfected the traditional Argentine asado.
