Buenos Dias! Breakfast Meeting Four Seasons Punta Mita – Private Villa

Mexican cooking is more than chips and guacamole, although an afternoon of boogie boarding and sand lounging is certainly enriched by a platter of these tasty salty snacks accompanied by a frosty pitcher of Margaritas!

During my recent week at Four Seasons Punta Mita, a breakfast meeting included executive Chef Jorge González, recently appointed to oversee their newest restaurant Dos Catrinas. What better way to enjoy a work meeting in a private villa overlooking the Pacific? Dos Catrinas restaurant will marry Mexico’s past and future with a new culturally rich dining experience set in a modern, reimagined space. Designed by Colombian architect Saul Sasson, Dos Catrinas will bring together Mexico’s traditional culture, urban lifestyle and history in a two-story space with ocean views.
