Hand built wooden schooner, the stunning Satori is available on limited dates for summer 2019 in Greece, she has a Greek charter license. Satori is a popular charter, and we have word of a couple of openings in June, 2019, and possibly August, 2019.

Satori merges the comfort of a five-star boutique hotel with a traditional hand-built wooden schooner to create the ultimate classic sailing experience. Inspired by the understated elegance of the 1920s and ‘30s era with exquisite wood detailing and expansive window views, Satori features state-of-the-art living, dining and leisure facilities in a seamless design that amplifies the feeling of space and privacy on board, with various areas for guests to retreat to in intimate seclusion. Flawless service is built into Satori’s DNA, where guests enjoy Michelin-starred dining prepared by a personal chef from the owners group Borgo Santo Pietro Group of lifestyle companies, onboard spa facilities, a range of the latest innovative water toys, and an extensive program of concierge activities managed by five-star boutique hotel and estate Borgo Santo Pietro. Each of the eight crew members have been hand-picked for their expertise, whether in navigation and seamanship, gourmet dining or five-star service, while Satori’s two 600-horsepower engines offer guests the choice of both motoring and taking long-haul voyages as well as enjoying the timeless feeling of sailing.

Indoor Living Satori’s 35m² indoor living area provides ample space for guests to lounge and dine in comfort while gazing at panoramic views of the sea.

Luxury Guest Rooms Satori features five luxury guest rooms, including a master suite, which accommodate up to 10 guests. One of the guest rooms can be converted into a private spa facility with steam room and used for therapeutic treatments. Before sailing, guests can choose how they would like to use the space and arrange to have a personal therapist on board.

Tailor-made Itineraries Whether navigating the jewel-like coves of the Mediterranean coast or sailing directly out towards the vast blue horizon, each of Satori’s itineraries are tailor-made according to clients’ wishes. Our yacht charter team will coordinate with you to design the perfect bespoke yacht Journey through the Saronic and Cycladic Islands. There are lovely traditional Greek Islands, with great taverna life close to Athens in the these Islands. 

We can also plan routes through the Cycladic Islands, which can be affected by the Meltemi Winds, an event than occurs between May and October, the routing would be adapted to weather.

Rates, as in all standard charters, do not include expenses for food, beverage, bar, food, fuel and dockage, which runs approximately 30% of the base charter fee.  There is a 9.6% Greek VAT on the base charter fee. It is customary to leave a crew gratuity at the end of the charter in the range of 10-15% of the base charter fee.
